Let's see. I'd say that Princess Mononoke is my favorite followed closely by Laputa, Nausicaa and Spirited Away. _________________

In this order:
1.) Spirited Away
2.) My Neighbor Totoro (does anyone know where I can find a subbed version of this? Every freakin' copy in the US is dubbed)
3.) Mononoke Hime
4.) Grave of the Fireflies
5.) Laputa
There's another one that's being released, but I haven't seen it yet. I think it's called, "Howl's Moving Castle." I saw the preview and it looks pretty good; I can't wait to see it. |

the US dubbed Totoro... lol, thats the horrible FOX dub
(though the license recently expired and Disney picked it up...unfortunately, there is no release date yet... it will likely be released within a year)...
for a sub:
search animedb.net
if a group has subbed it, they'll have it in their database
btw: as far as Howl's is concerned, you won't be dissapointed... it's at the same level of quality/enjoyment as Mononoke or Spirited Away. |

im not a big fan of ghibli, but i do like their work. my favourite is cats return. i watched it about or so years ago, in cantonese dub. then borrowed it from work, and i love it to bits. kinda wished i could get a cantoese version of it, i reckon it sounds better in canto. but apart from this, ive only ever watched spirited away. that was good, but still perfer cats return. i heard taht there was a sequel to it or soemthing. something like baron or something. anyone heard of it?
anyone also know if i can download a conto version? _________________ [img:567:138:151453bb6b]http://www.anime-source.com/upload/uploadFiles/wahagifsda.gif[/img:151453bb6b]

| Totoro was my favorite when I was a kid since it actually showed me what being a kid was really about. Recently however, it lost its luster. My favorite nowadays is Spirited Away, followed by Princess Mononoke. |
