Drawing tutorials....know any?

I was wondering if anyone knew any online drawing tutorials for figures?
While I draw, I notice alot of my drawings tend to look stiff or like they have boards in their arms, legs and torso. Now I really want to get pass this so better improve any action or pose type drawing.
So any sites that help with anatomy or figures would be extremely helpful

As for anatomy sites themselves...take note that they're nude. Just type in "Anatomy models" or something of that sort. I'd rather not search out an exact link at this moment, because, uh...erm. Long story.

If you want detailed (really detailed) tutorials, I'd say purchase the How to Draw Manga books either from the official site http://www.howtodrawmanga.com or eBay^^

So far I got the Getting Started Kit and Bodies & Anatomy book. They really help.... a lot ^^

I've tried north american and anime styles.
But I find I'm more adept at the anime style and sorta found some of the american styles abit rough looking (just SOME of them).

btw, I've got a few of those HTDM books, but the anatomy one I lent out to somene....I think.

Anime anatomy isn't necessarily accurate, though, so even if you're aiming for the anime/manga style, you could still look at any old anatomy tutorial.

If you want a car tutorial, that's where I come in, other than that. I have no clue but use the source that other people gave.
