I thought Shoujou ment really high drama and love story kinda stuff.
Like soap operas, I guess.
Not to sure myself.

Your definition is somewhat right, it's not really high drama, but drama and parfait tic does have drama in it.

Even though i'm a guy and have never read anything like this before, to my surprise I found myself strangely addicted to it. Too bad the scanlation group seems to have given it up. Sad

I can't read chinese either so that chinese page won't do me any good.

i really hope they keep working on this project becuz it's really good i think and different than a lot of ones i read, not only that the characters look more real to me and in other ones, where all the characters look so perfect or so woebegone that it's not realistic. but alas if i have to deal with chinese scans then i'll pay little chinese ppl to translate it for me ^_^ jk jk jk

the drawings in the begining were what put me off reading it but eventually I got bored, to me the story was kinda predictable but still had you guessing at some corners....I finished yesterday can wait for more (cant drop a manga after I start)

I agree.....The story itself is predictable...However, the genius of this manga series lies in the details...Like her hairstyles or Daiya throwing stones around. Or all those windows into the Mangaka's life. That is what sets it apart from other mangas

I agree with most of what has been said, also it may be a little predictable, but it's interesting to see how she deals with certain things and on occasions when the content is a bit serious it really raises the quality of the story.

Honestly, I love it. I have four manga download sites' accounts and I've read it over and over.

I think the one thing I like most about it is the innocence. It's not ecchi and the art is not "eye candy" but more pleasant and simple. The fashion and hair designs are really unique and I love it! The characters are just seeking pure love- nothing more.

I think it's a nice change from all the hentai ones like Ichigo 100%. I didn't really like Ichigo 100% since I am a girl and it's way too perverted.

I like story a lot tho, at first i was disgusted by the art style but err i guess i got used to it. Though the coloring pages still looks ugly..don't know why. I wonder when it will be the end..

otherwise, you may be out of luck, or could just look through the pictures and forget about the words, you can kinda tell anyways from the pictures what's going on, the expressions are quite enough for the situations anyways.

I think that most Shoujo Manga is drawn similarly... At least that was the understanding I was getting from the description of how her characters are chubbier then normal.

I thought the same thing at first, but I didn't know what it would look like until I actually read it so I did. It's a really great manga, whether it's geared toward a female audience or not, it has a feel to it that anyone can enjoy it. The development of the characters is really in depth, it feels like they've changed alot over the 84 chapters. Of course, things stay the same as much as they changed.

I feel ashamed... Because I went from thinking that the art style wasn't to my tastes. Now I think Fuuko is extremely cute, but I think I started to feel that way early in. I really like her character, and it adds to her cuteness. It's sad to see that she's the type of character who always doubts herself, especially her physical traits. Yeah, she's not perfect, but she's alot better then she gives herself credit for.

I hope that someday, I can read further into this manga. I'm not going to be impatient about it, since it's not something I can change by doing that. If you haven't given it a shot, at least try reading 10 chapters. That's just my personal advice. Then again, if you're not into Romance and Comedy, you probably won't like it. Those just happen to be some of my favorite genres.

Well, I definitely have fallen in love with this story. Even though it's sometimes sad and cruel, it's can also make you feel very happy and refreshed.
