| Does anyone else know about this? I was looking around the WETA site for some previews on the upcoming Halo Movie, when I found this http://www.wetaworkshop.co.nz/projects/filmography/film/neon_genesis. I couldn't believe it, and I dont know if I'm in the right section, but this thing is gonna be sweet. The concepts look awesome, the project is currently on hold, but man oh man. |

This is actually very old news that's already been discussed in thousands of anime forums. I think the news came out last year in 2004.
Oh and I do NOT want to see them making Eva into live action. I am 100% against the idea. I hope the project gets scrapped before anymore atrocities are done to the name of evangelion. Because it'll just ruin the image of Rei and Asuka for me forever.

the fight scenes are the only thing in the entire movie that has a possibility of being pretty cool. other than that the movie will most likely destroy the characters. personally i don't think the movie will be able to incorporate a complicated story line like the one in eva into a live action move that will probably only last an hour an a half.
