Well, I watched the RAW's, so I can only assume he was talking about this at the end:

Unfortunately, my limited knowledge of Japanese didn't help any in understanding Tenma (she speaks FAST). But I did hear the words "second season." That's about all I understood though, so take it more as a rumor for now than anything else.

the kanji next to the number 2 = school semester. my japanese is limited too but i can still understand about 50=70%. i can just watch it over 234872346876 times until i get everything, lol

ooo, im just waiting for the fansub. i watched school rumble pretty recently and i thought it was great. i really hope that therell be a second season, but how sure can you be about that? like the final episode had a preview or something, but that was a joke, right? maybe the one on the ova is a joke or something? i havent seen it yet, so i dunno, but lets just hope that tehre is a 2nd season Razz

when tenma is narrating the preview, karasuma said "this time, it's true" or something like that

I hope WF pick this one too in their projects...since they also fansubbed School Rumble's 26 episodes and they were great!!!

If Only I can read kanji...why does it have to be Kanji's?!
the ending song was too funny since ...it was all men. LOL!!!

Shrimps subbing was...urgh...it's ok but...the quality is low. I mean LOW.
WF or KAA will be fine since they're releases are crystal clear.

the reason perhaps for them being slow is that...they really make sure that everything is top-notch well encoded I guess.

Hilarious OVA 1. Brought back memories, because its little clips are supposed to go in-between the series and not as a sequel. I wonder when 2 will come out. And WF actually did it fast and just as good as the other ones!!! that is so great!!! WF rocks.
