This image might not be clear and might not be good, but i want yous to tell me what you think of my picture and what i can improve on.
Sorry its a bit dark and blurry.

Looks a bit blurry and dark to me, but looks good. THe guy's eyes are good!

it's a nice drawing: nice hair and great eyes. you can improve the darkness and blurriness though Laughing

try scanning a nicer one so that more can be commented...

i was in a hurry so i made a quick scan even though it didnt go very well.

The beginnings of the anime-style pursuit, huh? It's a generally good start, and there's nothing wrong in the anatomy that grabs me right away (perhaps I'm not noticing because I'm tired).

As for the quality of the art...um, keep trying. For now, use references and copy. Once you're able to draw like the reference without looking at it at all, you're ready to start branching out.

Keep at it.
