| A most excellent compilation of animated characterization reviews. A great job by all! I know how hard it is to have to take time to sit down, with your favorite beverage and snack, and watch anime for hours on end. And on top of that having to answer inumerable IM's and trying to tweet at the same time. Exhausting! But you have all given me great insight into some of the anime I've missed and will now try to watch them. Even the ones that you didn't like. Heck, let's face it, how great can the opinions of someone who knows what good anime is really be, right? ;-)
Great job everyone and I look forward to all your future gifts to us.

| | WHOA you guys went hardcore to report all the new anime of the Spring this time! Congrats! I'm watching about 6 news series myself (FMA: Brotherhood, Hayate the Combat Butler!!, Chi's New Address, Natsu no Arashi, Saki and SHANGRI-LA and it's always overwhelming to watch them all during the huge seasons so this will help look at those I missed and might want to come back to while you guys give nice recaps/reviews for those I am watching. Keep up the awesome work! |

| it was recommended, so I went ahead with watching Eden of the East. Must say, after just one episode, I'm completely hooked. Never have I see such incredible backgrounds before. Makes MOHS look like crayon-scribbles. Not a big fan of the Honey & Clover-ish character designs, but the two main characters so far seem really likable, and the fluent English is pretty interesting. Very enticing story developing... it's like Bourne Identity: The Animation, hahaha.
Thanks for the recommendation!! Tomorrow I'll catch up on the rest of what's out so far. |

| It's great as always. Checked out K-on and it's really good so far
The problem of AS is the search engine. I was trying to find similar guides of 2008 and it's kind of hopeless to do so |

| Yay comments!
@2, you have no idea! I went through at least 20 boxes of Junior Mints! Although I don't tweet, and *gasp* can't text message either.
@5, it completely blew me away. Good art makes me happy! I'm glad that the preview guide could introduce you to such a great show!
@7, they're under 'spotlights' since they're considered a preview and not a review. There are Spring and Fall guides for the years 2008 and 2007. Before that, there is a 2006 Preview Guide under 'editorials.' |

| Looks like this season have a lot of neutral ones. I agree that Cross Game is the one I love the most currently (adore its manga). I watched 1 ep. of Hayate 2, must say, completely boring.
While FMA 2 is targeted too much at returning fans. I love Yui's OP, but showing every important key character is just too overwhelming. I like the animation, but blood seem brown-ish now, not gleaming red like in the 1st series, which makes FMA 2 less creepy, and I don't like that.
Chi's New Address: everybody loves this, goes w/o saying :D. |
