Anime North 2009 Convention Review

It's the summer time, and summer time for me means Anime Conventions :D. Anime North is a huge convention held at the Toronto Congress Centre. Later than usual, here is my experience of Anime North 2009.

Name that Hentai (18+) was amazing, I've never seen perverts fight so hard to be in a competition before. It was well done, look forward to next year. I ended up spending more at the Nominoichi than the dealers room. Saw some people i knew too. Great article :3 |

| Wow, those artists must have really being drawing out of passion. I am always really impressed to see people using that style. So much going on all over, wish I could have went.
Really loved all the cosplay pictures. The no face was really good...and really creepy at the same time. Pretty amazing to see an entire group so coordinated for the CCS one. They are all great though, just people pursuing their passions.
Conventions are such social events for anime, I am surprised they aren't featured in more anime, like Comic Party. Anyway, a great read, excellent pictures, and overall wonderful article. |
