| Im quite sad on what the previewer has to say about "Darker Than Black: Ryuusei no Gemini," only one previewer and doesn't even write an "outlook". DTB being my (personal) most highly anticipated anime this fall season and currently the favorite among the list.
My personal picks/ranking:
1. Darker Than Black: Ryuusei no Gemini
2. Kimi ni Todoke
3. Nyan Koi!
4. Shakugan no Shana S
5. Kobato
6. Trapeze
Other Shows that I interest but not yet watched.
Aoi Bungaku, Natsu no Arashi 2, Fuyu no Sonata, Sasameki koto, Sora no otoshimono, kampfer.
Good season so far, in my opinion.

Anyway from that I'm definitely picking Kimi ni Todoke, sounds like a good one I shouldn't miss out on :D |

| If it weren't for you guys, I would have missed out on Kimi ni Todoke, which would have been heartbreaking. In just 2 and a half hours over the 5 episodes released this series has captured my heart and made me cry manly tears many times.
Thanks guys for the reviews! I really appreciate them!!! |

| Haha, I'm actually enjoying all the trash shows you guys aren't liking (e.g. Queens Blade, Fairy Tail).
So far, the shows I've dropped are Bantorra, Kampfer, and Dobato. |

| | @1 I don't really like writing outlooks so only did it once I think and while it may not be as obvious it's one that I'm definitely following. But I'm surprised as well that no one else on the staff had anything to say about DtB. |

| @1 Yeah, I've never seen DtB the first, although I have watched the first few episodes of this season. I got the impression that I was missing a few things, so I'm thinking of checking out the first season. It seems really popular in the forums and stuff.
@2 You're welcome! Thanks for always commenting on these articles. Also, I think the genders were split directly down the middle, 3 female contributors, 3 male contributors if I'm not mistaken.
@3 Yeah it's by far my favorite show of the season. It's made me cry womanly tears many many times. ;]

| @5 It can't be help, well at least someone made a preview for it.
@5,8 Im you asked me, it's one of the "must watch" anime of 2007, though opinion varies. Season 1 (specially the 1st half) is presented in "mini arcs" most are filler-like episodes with a hint or 2 that contribute to the overall plot. But the quality of the anime is "definitely" that of BONES. |

| @7 hard to say like ghostalker said the first half isn't very compelling and to me it dragged down the overall experience but I'd recommend that you watch a bit more of the first season and and know that the main story is a lot better than the other stuff they throw in. Though if you saw the first season and wasn't really into it you might as well skip this one though it does a lot of things better than in the first season.
@9 still surprised consider it's one of the most followed series and according to 2chan it's number one this fall if I don't remember wrong. |

| Even having watched the first season of DTB, it still feels like you're missing something. However, the first season felt like that too. It all cleaned up nicely at the end, so for the time being I'm going to assume the 2nd season will too.
Weird season for me.
Thought I would really enjoy Book of Bantorra and Letter Bee. The animation is great in both with the darker palette, but they're slow, especially Letter Bee. And Bantorra is missing that aspect of mystery or hidden plots that I was expecting to add some depth.
Thought I'd hate Seitokai no Ichizon because everyone said it overused parody. They were right, most of the parody is completely useless and not even worth a chuckle, but the banter between the main characters is hilarious in spots.
Favorite of the season is railgun with a landslide. I thought index is mediocre at best, but so far this show is working out like fumoffu. Completely hilarious.
Kimi no Todoke... I really want to like it. I'm watching every episode when it comes out. I like the characters, and the plot is okay. I can forgive the cheese and the fact that the humor is only sorta funny. It's a romance, so that's what I expect. But every time the main character's VA goes into a monologue (which seems to happen every few minutes), I want to hammer a spike through my skull. She uses this airy, vomit-inducing tone that nearly ruins the series for me all in one go. |

| | @11 It works for me though, Im not the type of viewer who likes everything explained. That's the purpose of the element called "mystery." |

| moving along, I agree with anyone else that Kimi ni Todoke is also "a must watch." I particularly give credit to the production team for the good anmation, its Production I.G. afterall, one of my favorite studio (along with Madhouse, Bones).
I also get a liking for "nyan Koi." how I describe this show? it's a harem show (minus the panty shots), its comedy, and its a story with a lot of cats in it, corny really but surprising addictive, and yeah~ its ridiculously addictive to watch. |

| @11 Seitokai no Ichizon can be ridiculously funny, but it's unfortunate that it's always hit or miss. My personal favorite joke was when Ken was writing his novel, and it turned into all sorts of different styles, including a very funny yaoi spoof. And, yeah, I can see where Sadako's, 'Anooooo.....' could get a bit tiresome, but it doesn't bother me at all.
@12, 13 I'll have to give DtB a try then. Add it to the ever-growing list of anime recommendations...haha. One of my friends absolutely loves Nyan Koi! (she also loves cats) as says it's funny and very entertaining to watch, so that's also been recommended, I think I'm going to hold off for now only because I'm watching so many other shows!
I forgot to post this before but this is my personal top five ranking this season:
1- Kimi ni Todoke
2- Kobato
3- To Aru Kagaku no Railgun
4- Sasameki Koto
5- Seitokai no Ichizon |

| | @14 Many of my favorite scenes of Seitokai no Ichizon are the various types of torture inflicted on Ken. He's starting to feel a bit like Kenny from South Park. Definitely give DTB a try. Just be ready to invest a good 4 or 6 episodes before the main plot really starts to suck you in (for the most part, the episodes occur in pairs where the second is a continuation of the story of the first), I think it's worth it. The layered plot line is really well done. It's a bit limited on the character development, but the 2nd season might clean that up. |

| It makes me sad that just after watching 1 episode they throw **Sora no Otoshimono** as Negative, personally i'm not too fond of fanservice or magical girls but this series is way more than just that,so far i find it refreshing. The story needs a little more work but all the characters are likable.
If you have a chance please give this series another try, it might surprise you.
So far this Season:
1. Kimi ni Todoke
2. Nyan Koi!
3 .Sora no Otoshimono
4. Seitokai no Ichizon |
